The 2022 winners are here

Welcome to the 2022 edition of Best of the Willamette Valley.

This marks our third year to explore and discover individuals and businesses that are the best at what they do in the Willamette Valley. Our first two years were a great success in engaging the communities of Marion and Polk counties. We received feedback from those in surrounding communities as well that they would like to be included. As a result, we have expanded our contest in 2022 to include Yamhill and Linn counties.

There are so many great places to eat, drink, shop, and play in the Willamette Valley and we are proud to highlight and support these outstanding establishments.

A little behind-the-scenes – You nominated over 2,200 businesses, organizations, and individuals to compete for the top two spots in Best of the Willamette Valley. In the end, there were more than 179,000 votes by you in 224 categories. That’s a fantastic response in our third year and a testament to how customers, fans, and friends feel about their local favorites and their pride in the Willamette Valley.

Naturally, this program would not have been possible without the dedicated Salem-based NERUS Strategies staff and committed area businesses who built this chance to salute and highlight favorites. We are humbled and honored that our advertisers, including our presenting sponsor Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking, have helped make this printed guide possible for you to easily find the best of the best.

Thank you to all of you who took the time to vote and help the businesses in these pages succeed. We encourage you to explore BestoftheWillametteValley.com and engage with our winners. Many may be familiar, some may be new to you, and all will welcome your business.

Oh, and please, congratulate them for being voted Best of the Willamette Valley!
